But what exactly is Zapier?

Zapier is an online automation platform that connects your favourite apps to create workflows and does repetitive tasks for you, saving your agents and realtors time and increasing productivity.

It automates your work by connecting your apps and then moving information between them based on rules you set.

How it works

Using Zapier requires no technical skills or coding background. You simply create any number of Zaps specific to your business needs.

Once the trigger kicks in, a specific action takes place (for e.g., your agents get notified of the lead in Slack and the lead gets added to an email list). The Zap is when your trigger causes the action.
