Track number of viewings per property
You can schedule a viewing and assign it to yourself or any other Qobrix user and link it to an opportunity and more importantly to any property listing. This will then allow you to group all your viewings by property and obtain a snapshot of which properties have received the most viewings. All unsold properties with many viewings can then be analysed further to distinguish the reason why you have not been successful based on the feedback from your sales team.
