Set permissions according to User
Permissions are modular based which means users can be granted access to a module but restricted from “actions” within that module. For example, a User may be able to add a lead but not have the permission to delete or edit that lead. Other permissions that can be set include the ability for a User to view, add, edit, import, export and convert.
Assign owner-based access
Users can have “owner based access” meaning that they can only see records in a module which they are assigned to or which they themselves have created e.g., everyone has access to the Leads module but when they access the system they can only see the leads which are assigned to them or the leads which they have created.
