The Client
INFINITY is a fast-growing Real Estate Agency & Advisory firm located in Athens, Greece. With over 2 decades of industry know-how and expertise, the INFINITY team provides clients with comprehensive agency and consulting services in all areas of commercial property (office, industrial, retail, mixed use, leisure and hotels, land for development), residential properties and holiday homes.
The Challenge
INFINITY required a website that would highlight not only the visual aesthetic of their entire real estate portfolio, but also the unique features of every property. Search functionality needed to be better optimised as well to compel visitors to the site to spend more time perusing the property listings. The ability to list a property on the website also had to be streamlined to encourage sellers and/or landlords to list their real estate.
The Design
The core strategy underlying the website design approach was to combine beautiful, high-resolution photographs with optimised property descriptions, to offer visitors a more informed user experience. The visibility of the search tab had to be made more prominent, compelling users to navigate INFINITY’s entire portfolio of properties. A more contemporary, clean look and feel needed to implemented to emanate a sense of style, strength, and boldness.
