How it works

Using Zapier requires no technical skills or coding background. You simply create any number of Zaps specific to your business needs.

Creating a Zap begins by creating a trigger (for e.g., a lead coming from Facebook) which launches the automated process between your apps.

Once the trigger kicks in, a specific action takes place (for e.g., your agents get notified of the lead in Slack and the lead gets added to an email list). The Zap is when your trigger causes the action.
