We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer who can transform client requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. In this role, you will conceptualize and execute all visual design stages from concept to hand-off, optimize websites for engagement, responsiveness, speed, and scalability, and work closely with back-end developers to ensure proper integration of web and app logic. You will collaborate with marketing and research teams to integrate brand elements and market insights, provide internal support and external customer service throughout the website build and launch process, and help establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

The ideal candidate has demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio, a good understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS), and proficiency in WordPress. Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design and wireframing tools is expected, along with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO basics. You should be up to date with the latest web trends and technologies, open to new ideas, highly self-motivated, and capable of solving problems creatively. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
