We are looking for a results-driven, performance-oriented PPC Specialist who is passionate about paid digital marketing. In this role, you will lead paid-search and paid-social strategy, execute daily campaign setups, monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and produce actionable reports. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager to define cost-per-click, cost-per-lead strategies, and user journeys, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for maximum results.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing campaigns in digital advertising platforms, with proven success in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as strong knowledge of social media advertising across multiple platforms. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, and conversion rate optimization techniques such as A/B testing is required. You should understand the user acquisition funnel and key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ACV, LTV, and ROAS. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently, and a proactive work ethic are essential. Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, HotJar, Google Optimize, and experience in SaaS or real estate industries is a plus.
