PPC Specialist

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage the day-to-day optimization of our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn).

Qobrix PPC Specialist is responsible for leading paid-search and paid-social strategy, as well as generating metrics and follow-up reports. You will fulfill campaign needs that involve daily campaign set-up, monitoring, pacing, optimization, tracking and reporting. This includes everything from executing research, developing recommendations, and launching campaigns within platforms, to optimizing, reporting, and providing actionable next steps to drive continuous improvement. A deep understanding of paid search metrics and previous experience in developing and communicating paid search strategies are necessary. The PPC Specialist is expected to be a resource for leading paid search and social industry trends for our company.

Reporting to the CEO & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining Qobrix Pay Per Click, Cost Per Lead Strategies, and User Journeys, ensuring all campaigns are optimized. You will frequently track and report campaign performance to management and key stakeholders working closely with the marketing team to ensure all visual ads and landing page designs are performing well.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the CEO and marketing team to fill campaign requests and recommend platforms, campaign types, creative and budget that align with their goals.
  • Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize metrics-driven marketing campaigns across online channels, including paid social media and digital ads
  • Monitoring spends and performance pacing across many different platforms to ensure that budgets are met.
  • Completing a series of checklists to ensure that all campaigns are set up according to best practices.
  • Pulling reports and setting up dashboard reports as needed.
  • Developing insights and recommendations on changes to make in campaigns to improve performance.
  • Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google PPC, Twitter, and LinkedIn ad spend campaigns.
  • Define target groups and metrics/KPIs appropriate to campaign goals.
  • Stay on top of campaigns daily and alert any needed optimizations.
  • Apply testing methodologies and analyse performance for campaign optimization.
  • Be at the forefront of understanding digital media trends and new tools.
  • Research and analyse the competitors, draw insights, and make recommendations.
  • Develop specs for digital media assets.
  • Create reports, and presentations and communicate results.
  • Collaborate on advanced analytics to measure the business impact of new channels, attribution logic, programmatic buying strategies, media mix optimization

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in digital advertising platforms in an agency or marketing department
  • Demonstrated paid media campaigns success.
  • Experience building campaigns in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a must
  • Working knowledge of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) platforms
  • Proficient in social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Data Studio, Trends and Google Tag Manager,
  • Proficient in landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, and AB testing
  • Proficient in utilizing Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Pingdom Tools, and Web.dev to diagnose & fix on-page issues
  • Understands the user acquisition funnel process and the mathematical equations behind CPC, CPA, ACV, LTV, and ROAS
  • Ability to think critically, in the assessment of data that will help ad performance and the marketing team understand current results
  • Ability to think individually as well as collaborate with other team members within a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry, client acquisition, lead generation, trends, and new developments
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and projects at the same time and be time-efficient
  • Proficient analytical and mathematical skills
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive personality with strong work ethics

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Computer Science (preferred)
  • Minimum (3 – 5) years in a similar role

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge & understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, HotJar & Google Optimize.
  • Experience working in Real Estate or SaaS companies is an advantage
