The Client
Bridge-YourHome is a full service commercial real estate enterprise located in Tiranë, Albania. The company has a wide selection of properties for sale or rent in and around Albania, including residential properties (houses, apartments and buildings); holiday homes (villas and bungalows); commercial real estate (shops and offices); land, plots and fields; and warehouses and industrial properties.
The Challenge
Our client’s vision was for us to design a website that would increase visibility of its real estate listings, attract more visitors to the site, improve lead capturing opportunities, and boost the sale or rental of its portfolio of properties. Search functions also needed to be easy to use and customisable to compel users to stay longer on the site.
The Design
The key driver behind the website design was the use of beautiful, high resolution photographs of the properties that encouraged visitors to navigate the entire website. Responsiveness was critical to ensure the site was properly viewable on all mobile devices, making for a top tier user experience. A colour palate consisting of shades of burgundy and grey was used to create a modern look and feel that also emanates strength and sophistication.

Our Solution
We focused on building a Real Estate website that would beautifully showcase our client’s property listings. Simplicity was critical so we made the Homepage the primary navigation tool, the springboard if you will from which property searches begins. All listings include detailed property specifications and an interactive map, enable a user to remotely view the area surrounding a property. Advanced search features and optimized filters make looking for a property quick and easy.
