Step 1: Take a well-lit photo of the business card using your smartphone or camera. Transfer the photo to your computer for easy access during the upload process.
Step 2: Open your preferred web browser and log in to your Qobrix CRM account.
Step 3: Enable the QobrixScan integration, which will activate the business card scanning feature within the CRM.
Step 4: Once the QobrixScan integration is enabled, scroll down the left-side menu in Qobrix CRM. Locate and click on “Contacts and Organizations”.
Step 5: Locate the “Card Scanning” button positioned on the top right corner of the screen. Click on the button to initiate the scanning process.
Step 6: A new window will appear, displaying options for uploading the business card image. Select the desired photo and confirm your selection.
Step 7: After selecting the desired business card photo, press the “Upload” button to initiate the scanning and processing of the card’s information. QobrixScan’s advanced AI-powered scanning technology will extract the relevant details accurately.
Step 8: Once the scanning process is complete, the contact information from the business card will automatically populate within the Qobrix CRM system. You can review the extracted details to ensure accuracy.
Step 9: Scroll down the contact page to review the extracted information. Once satisfied, click on the “Save” button located in the top right corner of the screen to store the contact in your CRM.
